For gallantry on 21st January 1945 at Waldfeucht. Then Private Moore was the loader of a six pounder anti-tank gun which was in position in the open when two enemy Tiger tanks approached. His NCO was wounded and Moore took over the firering of the gun, when both tanks
were decomissioned he then engaged the enemy with fire from the Brengun which he took over from a Private who got killed.
