10.01.1941: Leutnant in 2./ St.G. 1, KIA - Ju 87 R-1 Werknummer 5854 coded 'A5+DK' crashed in area of Pantelleria during an attack on British ships of convoy Excess near Malta
The first NCO and Stuka pilot to receive the RK.
