Recommendation:
"This officer in the rank of Captain, came through the lines in order to assist my headquarters with the planning of resistance activities and represented a very large resistance-group. This group, with the help of his advice, I was later able to amalgamate with other groups, and the success of the many and various activities of the Resistance under my command, which helped 21 army group in Holland (and specially 1st Canadian Army) was largely due to his untiring efforts."
