Biography

Lieutenant General Andrey Vlasov was a Soviet general who collaborated with the Germans during the Second World War. Vlasov commanded the 120,000 - 130,000 strong Russian Liberation Army. He was hanged on 1 August 1946 for high treason.

All Soviet awards were revoked after his desertion.
