Diorama Museum "Storming the Sapun Mountain"

This museum is located on top of Sapun mountain. This mountain was scene of heavy fighting during the Siege of Sevastopol (1941-1942) and the liberation battle of Sevastopol (May 1944). The diorama inside the museum gives a good insight in the 9 hours battle for this mountain on 7 May 1944. There are also many Russian and captured German weaponry in the surrounding of the building.
