Westwall - Bunker Remains Augustiner Wald

Remains of a big bunker, almost completely buried, sited 100m North of the B258.

1 smaller bunker by the road, possibly an observation post for this one.
1 bigger bunker on the edge of the woods to the North East.

These fortifications are part of the Westwall, also known by the Allies as the Siegfried Line.
The section of the defences running to the west and south of Aachen was known as the Scharnhorst Line.
