German Luftschutzbunker barracks Bootsman Jonsen
This German "Luftschutzbunker" is located on the site of the former barracks Bootsman Jonsen.
At the time, the bunker was part of the Atlantikwal and is unique in Belgium and rare in Europe due to its shape, it is 68 meters long and 8.5 meters wide with a minimum thickness of 1.5 meters.
The bunker is protected by ministerial decree of February 7, 2011.
