Monument impact V1 rocket Rotterdam
The deadliest V impact in the Netherlands almost came to the end. In the early morning of March 18, 1945, a V1 bomb hit the corner of Treubstraat and Kerdijkstraat. The memorial website states: "34 homes are being destroyed and 80 homes are badly damaged. Many people are home on that Sunday morning, 42 people are killed and 48 are injured.
