War Memorial Ettelscheid
On May 13, 1932, the construction of a war memorial in Ettelscheid "An der Linde" started. The monument in the form of an obelisk of rubble stone with a nameplate and a cross on it. After the chapel was built, the monument was removed.
The new monument stands at the back of the Marienkapelle and consists of three stone slabs, on the middle one above an iron cross, below a dedication. Left and right a metal plate attached to the stone with the names of the fallen of both world wars.
