Memorial Colle Abate
This memorial is dedicated to the 44th infantry division, the Fallschirmjäger division and the Fernspähtruppe.

The Colle Abate lies just north of Monte Cassino.

These were the positions of the 44th infantry division and on the pictures you can see the Monastery in the distance.

In the photos is an improvised stone defensive position and a photo of the memorial there.
