Stumbling Stones Beethovenstraat 140

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid on August 10, 2022 for:

HEINRICH CHAIM SELKA, murdered on August 13, 1942 in Auschwitz.

SARA SELKA-LÖWENTHAL, fled into death on July 23, 1942 in Amsterdam.

These Stumbling Stones are here for one Jewish war victim, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
