Stumbling Stones Raamgracht 12

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid on October 3, 2018 for:

BENJAMIN KOORT, murdered on November 5, 1942 in Auschwitz.

BETJE KOORT-COUSIN, murdered on June 11, 1943 in Sobibor.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
