Here in Den Haag four Stumbling Stones were laid on August 9, 2023 for:

SOPHIA DEN AREND-VAN KOPPELEN, murdered on December 11, 1942 in Auschwitz.

LENA DEN AREND, murdered on September 30, 1942 in Auschwitz.

ROOSJE DEN AREND, murdered on November 30, 1943 in Majdanek.

NATHAN DEN AREND, murdered on February 28, 1943 in Auschwitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
