Julian Aaron Cook apartment complex

On Theo Dobbestraat in Nijmegen is an apartment complex named after Julian Aaron Cook.
On 19 September 2022, his son unveiled a plaque.

Julian Aaron Cook was an American major in the 3rd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, an airborne unit that descended by parachute during Operation Market Garden. The successful crossing of the Waal river on 20 September 1944 was carried out under his leadership.
For his bravery he was appointed Knight in the Military Order of William by Queen Wilhelmina.
