This Art Nouveau-style double villa was commissioned in 1900 by Z. Deenik & Zoon and features ornate tiles from the Lotus tile factory, designed by Bert Nienhuis and Albert Smit. The front facade depicts marabou storks among water lilies; the side facade features floral motifs, a peacock, and a female figure. The construction was completed in 1901.
During World War II, the villa served as an office for the Wehrmacht District Administration.
