Command Post 3rd Company 2nd Battalion 46th R.I. "Boerderij Het Bosch"

On May 13, 1940, the command post for the 3rd Company, 2nd Battalion, 46th Infantry Regiment, was established in this farmhouse, known as "Het Bosch."

This unit's command post was previously located in the basement of what was then "Huis Ter Lede," on the site of the current house at Rhenenseweg 22 in Kesteren.

The commander was Captain C.J.W. van Krevelen.
