Stelling van Amsterdam - Pumping station Spaarndam
A drainage pumping station with a canal and lock, built in 1846 near the Position at Spaarndam.
Incorporated into the fortification system in 1922. The long upper basin canal on the west side enabled military inundation via the Dam Lock and the Supply Canal to the Fort south of Spaarndam.
