Memorial "Operation Martlet"
This memorial commemorates the soldiers and civilians who lost their lives during Operation Martlet. The operation took place between June 25 and July 1, 1944. Operation Martlet was set up as a supporting attack for Operation Epsom, which was to begin on June 26.
