Fort de Romainville
This is a 19th Century fortress, used by the Nazi's from 1940 as a prison and transit camp. There is a memorial to those executed at the main gate. The fortress is easy to find due to the presence of a looming broadcast tower within. Unfortunately the effects of the fortress is spoilt somewhat by surrounding tower blocks. Entry was not possible.
