National Resistance Memorial Kaisariani

This memorial has been erected at the former rifle range where numerous Greek resistance fighters had been executed by German soldiers. At 1 May 1944, 200 politic activists had been executed by the Germans. One month and a half later, Germans shot 10 others. More resistance fighters had been killed by the Germans on this spot.
