War Memorial Bleskensgraaf

This memorial commemorates World War II and the rebuilding of Bleskensgraaf until 1954, because of the destruction in the German bombardment of 12 May 1940.

The monument is located on the east façade of the former town hall of Bleskensgraaf. This building now houses a restaurant, whose terrace has been obscuring the three stones that form the monument for some time. The hedge surrounding this terrace has grown so high that the monument is no longer visible from the public road.
