Death Trench Diksmuide

The Death Trench (Dodengang or Boyau de la Mort) is a restored Belgian trench from World War I. The German line was just 100 meters away and many Belgian soldiers were killed here.

The large complex is now a open air museum en is completely open to the public. There is also a visitors centre.
