War Memorial Gembes

Two plaques commemorating the victims of the First and Second World War hang on the facade of the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church.

Left:
"Gembes in memory of his children who died for the fatherland", followed by 8 names

Right:
"Gembes to his supporters", 17 names
"And to his deportee", 1 name

Between the two hangs a small stone: "1830 - 1980", referring to 150 years of Belgium.
