Molotov Line - Casemate No. 557
This casemate was constructed in 1941 as part of the Molotov Line in the citadel city of Brest and was armed with one 72mm anti-tank gun and two machine guns. The city saw heavy fighting in 1941, during the opening phase of "Unternehmen Barbarossa".
