Leudal Museum

The Leudalmuseum is situated in the St.-Elisabethshof. The permanent exhibition gives a view of the nature, culture history and the history of the Leudal.

The collection is subdivided in four departments of interest:
» Flora and Fauna
» Archeology
» Regional geography and history
» History (World War Two)

Besides there are also switiching expositions and demonstrations helt in the museum.

They give the impression of World War Two in the Leudal area by using photographs, maps and wares.
» The German invasion on the 10th of May 1940
» The airwar
» The different ways of resistance during the war
» The period at the front and the liberation (1944 - 1945)
