German War Cemetery Mariawald
This German War Cemetery (Kriegsgräberstätte) is located south of Heimbach nearby the monastery of Mariawald.
On this cemetery, 414 German Soldiers are buried. Most of them are not older than 18-19 years, many are Polish and Russian soldiers who served in the Wehrmacht and died during the battle of the Hürtgenwald.
