German Military Underground Hospital Guernsey

The German military underground hospital on Guernsey was dug out in three and a half years by hundreds of forced labourers from several countries. It's a giant complex of 7,000 m2 and 15,000 tons of concrete.

It had room voor 500 patients and there was also a theatre and cinema. The complex is still rather in original condition.

For current visiting hours, please visit the website of the museum.
