Memorial U.S.S. Grenadier
This memorial commemorates the American submarine USS Grenadier (SS210), which was scuttled by her own crew on 22 April 1943, after inflicting damage by a Japanese aircraft attack.
All crewmembers were captured and became POW's. Four crewmembers died in the camp.
