Biography

First Lieutenant Michael Joseph Blassie was shot down in Vietnam with his A-37B Dragonfly.

He became known as he was buried in the tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. After identification in 1998 he was reburied at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
