Memorial Killed British Soldiers Calais
This plaque inside the gatehouse to the Citadel at Calais commemorates the soldiers of the Kings Royal Rifle Corps, Rifle Brigade and Queen Victoria Rifles who were killed during the defense of Calais, from 23 to 26 May 1940.
