Bombfree Nieuwpoort
The "Bommenvrij" in the Schoolstraat is a last remnant of the Dutch Garrison infrastructure established between 1818 and 1822.
It was used as a powder magazine and arsenal during the Dutch period.
Bombfree is one of the few buildings that survived both world wars.
