Belgian War Grave Pussemange

The municipal cemetery of Pussemange contains a Belgian war grave of the Second World War.

"Glorious memory of
Robert SIMON
Soldier 1st Reg. Ardennes Hunters
Fallen on the field of honour
in Bodange on May 10, 1940
at the age of 20"

Robert Simon was a soldier with the 1st reg. Ardennes Hunters 2nd bat.5th Comp.
He was killed in Bodange by a bullet while carrying out demolition orders in the vicinity of the German-Belgian border immediately after the German invasion.
