Statue of Liberty Knight's Church

Behind the old part of the Ridderkerk town hall on the Jonkheer van Karnebeekweg is this statue of liberty.

The statue of liberty was made by the Rotterdam visual artist Dicky Brand. The monument was unveiled in 1995 to commemorate the liberation on May 5, 1945. The statue shows two blue wings with golden feathers. The inside is painted soft orange.
