Monument Students of the Municipal Schools of Etterbeek

Inaugurated in 1926, the monument is a sculpture by B.Callie.

On the "Monument to the pupils of the municipal schools of Etterbeek killed in action for the fatherland", a naked youth kneeling lays a wreath of roses and laurel leaves at the feet of the allegory of justice.
It is a sign of gratitude.
The boy represents all the former students of the municipality who died during the war.

Next to it it says: "1914 Pro Patria 1918".
Under the heading "To our friends" are the names of the victims on two plates.
