Crash Site British Halifax Bomber
At this location were the remains of a Halifax bomber. The bomber partly crashed in Boekel and in the neighboring municipality of Handel/Gemert on January 27, 1943.
The memorial sign is located on the grounds of the Psychiatric Hospital Huize Padua (Oudelaan / Eikenheuvel) and looks in the direction of the crash site.
