Reich Ministry for Science, Education and National Education
A the time of Nazi Germany this building from 1835 housed the Reich Ministry of Science, Education and Culture (Reichsministerium für Wissenschaft, Erziehung und Volksbildung) led by Minister Bernhard Rust. Among other things, this ministry was responsible for reorganizing education to National Socialist standards.
