Stumbling Stones Nieuwe Uilenburgerstraat 50

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam three Stumbling Stones were laid in 2023 for:

IZAAK WAAS, murdered on July 16, 1943 in Sobibor.

ELISABETH WAAS-PRONT, murdered on June 11, 1943 in Sobibor.

MOZES PRONT, murdered on October 8, 1942 in Auschwitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
