Stumbling Stones Leonardostraat 7

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid for:

HERBERT EMIL LEOPOLD-HAYN, murdered on January 31, 1944 in Auschwitz.

LUISE 'LIESEL' HENRIETTE HAYN-STERN, murdered on January 31, 1944 in Auschwitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
