Emergency Hospital Uithoorn
In the spring of 1945, an emergency hospital was established in what was then Hotel Het Rechthuis. This was due to the precarious situation created by the last winter of the war and because the route to hospitals in Amsterdam had become too dangerous.
On June 30, 1945, the emergency hospital closed its doors.
