Memorial in memory of the victims in the Dutch East Indies.

In the years following the Second World War, six young men from the municipality of Loon op Zand were killed in the former Dutch East Indies, namely:
From Kaatsheuvel:
G. van der Beek
H. Bouman
G. Volbers
J. Luijten
G. van Rijswijk

From Loon op Zand:
P. van Rooij

They were sent there to restore “order and peace”.
