Commonwealth War Graves General Cemetery Goudriaan

The General Cemetery of Goudriaan is in the centre of the village, partly around the church. Here are the graves of five airmen (killed on 22/05/1944), three from the United Kingdom and two from Canada.
A private Memorial to these men stands in the centre of the small plot.
The victims are:

RAF Flight Sergeant T.G. Franklin
RAF Sergeant J. Kiltie
RAF Sergeant J. Moffatt
RCAF Sergeant S.D. Spencer
RCAF A.A. Anderson.

On the graves is a small plate to remember a survivor of the planecrash, placed by his family:

"IN MEMORY OF
F/Sgt. John Tomney, Eng, Ex. P.O.W.

Much loved husband of Joy,
Dear Dad of Philip, Steven and David.

Reunited with his Pilot and Crew
On the 18th March 1993.

Bless them all."
