War Memorial Gennep

This memorial, also known as The Good Samaritan, commemorates the residents of Gennep who died in World War II. It also commemorates the soldiers who were killed in the liberation of Gennep.

A memorial next to The Good Samaritan commemorates the casualties of the Dutch Indies Independence War. The text on the memorial is:

There is also a peace tree planted on 5 May 1983.
