National Memorial of the Jewish Martyrs

In Anderlecht a memorial has been erected in memory of the victims of the Belgian Jews who died in the concentration camps.

During the Second World War Germans deportated 25,000 Belgian Jews to concentration camps. 1000 Jews turned back to Belgium.
