Dutch War Grave Hellevoetsluis

Hellevoetsluis General Cemetery contains one Dutch war grave from World War II.

Maarten Regien Sietke Huisman lives on the Moriaanseweg and ends up in Frankfurt due to the Arbeitseinsatz, where he works for Vereinigte Deutsche Metallwerke Ag, Frankfurt-Heddernheim. From 5 January to 27 March 1944 he is treated for gastritis and influenza. On 21 April 1944 he ends up in the hospital in Köppern with tuberculosis and dies. He is buried in Frankfurt am Main and later reburied in the old cemetery on the Smitsweg in Helevoetsluis.
