Confederate Memorial Finn's Point National Cemetery
This monument commemorates the 2,436 Confederate prisoners, who died at Fort Delaware in American Civil War, interred at the cemetery, in a common grave which still can be seen as a huge pit in the north western corner of the cemetery near the monument.
