Stumbling Stones Lagendijk, next to the entrance of Tate & Lyle.

Here in Koog aan de Zaan, municipality of Zaanstad, seven Stumbling Stones were laid on November 21, 2019 for:

JOZEF BRILLESLIJPER, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

BARTHA BRILLESLIJPER-ZILVERBERG, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

ALFRED BRILLESLIJPER, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

REGINA BRILLESLIJPER, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

EDUARD BRILLESLIJPER, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

RUDOLF BRILLESLIJPER, murdered on June 4, 1943 in Sobibor.

ROOSJE BRILLESLIJPER-DE GROOT, murdered on May 21, 1943 in Sobibor.

These Stumbling Stones are here for jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
