Stumbling Stones Churchill-laan 38

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid for:

ISAAC VAN STRATEN, murdered on December 10, 1944 in Sachsenhausen.

ROSETTE VAN STRATEN-WIJNSCHENK, murdered on December 31, 1944 in Bergen-Belsen.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
