Memorial C.F.J. Boers and Q.J. Ham

During May 1940 the assertion Kornwerderzand was under the command of Captain C.F.J. Boers and Lieutenant G.J. Ham and fought there until the surrender of the Netherlands. Later they were executed by Germans because of the commission of resistance. This memorial remembers these two people.

The monument is situated on the site of the Cazemate-museum Kornwerderzand and can only be visited when you visit the museum.
