Commonwealth War Cemetery Poelcapelle

Poelcapelle British Cemetery contains 7478 Commonwealth war graves from World War I and one from World War II. Of these, 6231 are unidentified.

In this cemetery is Private John Condon (LVI. F. 8.) of the 2nd Battalion Royal Irish Regiment he is the youngest victim of the First World War, he was only 14 years old.
Next to him is Private Thomas Carthy (LV. F. 7.) He was the oldest victim of the Royal Irish Regiment at 47 years old.
