Memorial Destroyed Mill "Nooit Gedagt"

On 21 April 1945, the mill "Nooit Gedagt" was blown up by retreating German troops, to avoid the use by the Allies as a lookout.

It was not until the 90's before there was a new mill built on a slightly different location. At the site of the old mill is an indication in the pavement to commemorate.
